By accessing hybt.ai or placing a pre-launch reservation, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not place a reservation or use our services.
These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and HYBT Technologies, Inc., a Delaware C Corporation ("HYBT", "we", "us", or "our").
HYBT Technologies, Inc. provides a pre-launch reservation service for the HYBT PrivacyNode, a local edge AI device for existing cameras. The device is designed so that raw video stays local by default, with metadata-only export when enabled. No facial recognition or biometric identification is performed.
The product is currently in development. No hardware is available for purchase or shipment at this time.

Final pricing, applicable taxes, shipping costs, shipping regions, delivery timelines, hardware specifications, and all other commercial terms will be determined and communicated before the Kickstarter campaign launches. Placing a reservation does not lock in any of these terms.
The $25 reservation fee is fully refundable on request at any time before hardware is shipped to you. Email dev@hybt.ai to request a refund. See our Refund Policy for full details.
If the Kickstarter campaign does not launch, all reservations will be refunded in full automatically.
HYBT PrivacyNode is a product under development. There is no guarantee that the Kickstarter campaign will launch on any specific date, that it will be successfully funded, that the product will be manufactured or shipped in any specific timeframe, or that the final product will match all specifications described on this pre-launch website. Hardware specifications, features, pricing, and timelines are indicative and subject to change.
Reservations are processed through Stripe, Inc. By placing a reservation, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. HYBT does not store your card details. All payment processing is handled by Stripe.
You agree not to: use our website or services for any unlawful purpose; attempt unauthorised access to our systems; submit false, misleading, or fraudulent reservation information; or resell or transfer reservations without our written consent.
All content on hybt.ai, including text, graphics, diagrams, and branding, is owned by or licensed to HYBT Technologies, Inc. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

THE WEBSITE AND RESERVATION SERVICE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS, TIMELINES, AND FEATURES ARE INDICATIVE AND SUBJECT TO CHANGE. HYBT MAKES NO WARRANTIES REGARDING THE FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OF ANY INFORMATION ON THIS WEBSITE.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, HYBT TECHNOLOGIES, INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE RESERVATION SERVICE OR THIS WEBSITE. IN ALL CASES, HYBT'S MAXIMUM LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR YOUR RESERVATION ($25 USD).
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware, USA, except where applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction requires otherwise. For EU/UK consumers: nothing in these Terms removes your right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence or affects your statutory consumer rights.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to reservation holders by email. The current effective date is always shown at the top of this page.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
