Hardware shipping will occur after a successful Kickstarter campaign. The following information is indicative and subject to change before campaign launch.

Shipping costs have not been confirmed. They will be disclosed as part of each Kickstarter reward tier before the campaign launches. Costs will vary by destination region. Import duties, customs fees, and applicable taxes may apply depending on your country and are the responsibility of the recipient.
The HYBT PrivacyNode is an edge computing device based on the NVIDIA Jetson Orin Nano Super module with NVMe storage and enclosure. It is designed so that raw video stays local by default, with metadata-only export when enabled. It does not perform facial recognition or biometric identification. Exact physical dimensions, weight, and packaging will be published before the Kickstarter campaign launches.
Backers outside the United States may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or VAT. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not included in reservation fees or Kickstarter tier prices. We will provide customs classification guidance before the campaign launches for planned shipping regions.
If our estimated delivery timeline changes by more than 60 days from the confirmed Kickstarter estimate, we will notify all backers directly by email with an updated estimate. Backers will be offered a refund option if delivery is delayed more than 6 months beyond our confirmed estimate.
Full terms for damaged, lost, or missing shipments will be published as part of the Kickstarter campaign terms before launch. As a general principle, units confirmed to be damaged in transit will be replaced, subject to evidence of damage at delivery.
This Shipping Policy will be updated before the Kickstarter campaign launches with confirmed shipping regions, costs, timelines, and carrier details. Reservation holders will be notified of material updates by email. The current version is always available at hybt.ai/shipping.html.
